Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End:to:End Business Flows

Expert functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Time and Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning or Payroll)

Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as the owner Oracle Cloud HCM
:
Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies
:
Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM business processes and usage in multiple industries
:
Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution
:
Able to architect an Oracle Cloud HCM transformation
:
Able to present solutions to clients and prospects and address any queries
