- You and your team have to build Our Restaurants,Cafe franchise Handle PAN India.- Coordinating with leads being generated through various marketing activities.
-Consulting the prospective investors to take the franchise.- Work on generating inquiries, coordinate and follow up with leads till final closure.- Designing and presenting different proposals, aligning meetings with prospective lead and providing them full support till sign the agreement- To participate in event and exhibitions to generate leads and creating a platform to meet with prospect franchisee.- Scheduling and meeting the investor from PAN India to explain the company s franchise model and to get them to register- Explaining business model to every potential investor, giving them franchise-related Information, sending them the proposals, taking follow-ups and referrals for further leads.- Identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees, pipeline maintenance and adherence to sales processes- Hand holding of a new created franchise for a specific period- Present and promote Dream Square Hospitality Restaurants franchise opportunity to potential partners through presentations, meetings, and calls.- Manage the entire sales process, including negotiation, documentation, and agreement signing.- Continuously update and maintain accurate records using MS Excel and other reporting tools.- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.- Negotiating contracts and closing deals with customers- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills- Concept sales, Services Sales and consulting sales.
