Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin and Operations Manager located in Bengaluru. The Admin and Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational tasks, managing operations, utilizing analytical skills, and maintaining effective communication within the organization.
Regular day-to-day basis responsibilities include: Creating online schedules. Connecting with Parents for pre and post admission process. Enrolling new students on the company 's platform. Conducting timely demo sessions with new users and feedback sessions with tutors. Recording attendance of students on company 's portal and sharing final Attendance reports and HW reports with parents. Scheduling and rescheduling lesson slots for the enrolled tutors and mapping students with them. Connecting with customers, making calls regarding sales . Making arrangement for webinars and managing calls with customers.
