Unlimited Possibilities for Mould Setter JD: Work location: Chennai Responsibilities and Duties: - Knowledge in plastic injection moulding process - Operate and monitor high speed continuous production line - Visually inspect product for quality deviations - Responds positively with sense of urgency while meeting quality standards - Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations - Application of 5S and Kaizen on Production floor - Works in a safe, clean and responsible manner - Daily Production and Scrap analysis - Analyse Assembling defects to determine likely failure modes - Support all manufacturing operations equipment availability (up time) and preventive maintenance of equipment - Monitor and check daily production outputs and targets - Production Plan Layout & set-up & installation of new production equipment - Improve operator skills & meet customer satisfaction & service delivery - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed - Effectively communicate with Leads, co-workers and department staff from all areas of operation - Overtime hours may be required based on work demand.
