About the Role: We are seeking a driven and results-oriented individual to join our team as a CASA Sales Officer. You will be responsible for building relationships with potential and existing customers, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable products and services. Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including market visits, referrals, and telemarketing. Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to sell additional banking products and services to existing customers. Account Opening and Documentation: Assist customers with opening new accounts and completing necessary documentation. Target Achievement: Achieve assigned sales targets for both new accounts and deposit growth. Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Compliance: Adhere to all bank regulations and compliance guidelines. Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers. Strong presentation and persuasion skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM systems. Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license and access to a personal bike or scooty is mandatory.
