Chicken Biryani Chef

Duties & Responsibilities: &bull Be familiar with sanitation regulations &bull Setting up of the kitchen with cooking utensils, equipment, cutlery etc &bull Cook food in a timely manner &bull Assign tasks to kitchen staffs &bull Ensure the safety and hygiene of the kitchen &bull Supervise cooks and offer assistance whenever needed &bull Experiment with new recipes &bull Ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations &bull Modify recipes to meet customers&rsquo needs and requests e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy Requirements: &bull Proven work experience as a chef or cook &bull Good communication skills &bull Great time management skills &bull Strong organizational skills &bull Ability to do multi-tasking &bull Leadership skills &bull Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques &bull Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes &bull Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment e.g. grillers and pasta makers
