Telemarketer is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of promoting and selling products or services They play a crucial role in generating leads closing sales and maintaining positive customer relationships over the phone Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calls: Make cold calls to individuals or businesses to introduce products or services and create interest. Product Knowledge: Acquire a deep understanding of the products or services being offered to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential customers. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through strategic questioning and profiling. Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling and persuasive sales pitches to encourage potential customers to make a purchase or schedule further discussions.
