Job description: - This role is responsible for managing, overseeing delivering results on the Overall Plant Equipment upkeep & ensure Operations and maintenance of utilities. Upkeep of Equipment's & instruments though good maintenance practices. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee plant operations and maintenance: - Manage and oversee daily Operations of Power & utilities for safe operation of plant. - Ensure availability of power supply/utilities like compressor, nitrogen plant and chillers etc - Ensure the upkeep of equipment's & instruments through good maintenance practices PM, breakdown maintenance and calibrations - Prepare & deploy PM, Calibration & inspection Plan and comply as per plan. - Monitor daily power consumption and drive energy saving initiative. Arrive Annual budget & control spend within budget. - Identify areas of improvement and implement kaizen projects. - Drive and comply as per ISO & TS requirements. - Periodically review license status of statutory requirements CEIG, TNEB, DISH, Legal Metrology, PESO, TNPCB and comply as per statutory norms.
