Purchase Executive EEE, ECE 1 to 3 yrs exp Job description: Ideal Candidate Preferred Candidates from Electronic Manufacturing Service companies. Should have hands on experience in Purchasing Electronic Components like IC, Diode, Transistor, Capacitor, Resistor, Rectifier, Inductors, PCBs, etc. BE / BTech/ Diploma (in EEE, ECE and Instrumentation) with 1-3 yrs of experience as Purchase Executive. Requirements Competent in Sourcing Electronic Components Viz. ICs, Resistors, Capacitors Sourcing and Procurement of Fabricated Bare PCB Raising Purchase Requisition & Purchase Orders Competent in Vendor development (Adding new vendors) Planning, scheduling and procuring the materials based on the production plan MRP run, Run forecast and Analyze shortage of materials. Material follow up, To track material status and expedite on bottle neck situation. Tracking shipment, Work closely with FF & CHA for material clearance Generating Monthly Purchase reports Import and Export: Prepare documents and Confirming checklist to arrange for Custom Duty. Monitoring the inventory according to the classes (ABC) of the material Monitoring the inventory days and Inventory turn days according to the organization standard. Co-ordinating with QA for quality related issues.
