Responsibilities:- IT Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist is one who is responsible for full life cycle recruiting including direct sourcing activities, preliminary phone interviewing & negotiation of compensation packages Sourcing of candidates through various job portals, and social media channels like LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, Instagram Should be good in Mapping/Headhunting Screening the candidates as per the Job description/Assessment parameter and creating a panel for interview Interview line-ups, follow-ups with candidates, Negotiate on salary, designation, and date of joining with candidates Preparing daily candidate MIS and keeping records of interviews and candidate database in Recruitment Management Software Desired Candidate Profile:- Have strong IT/Non-IT recruitment experience Male/Female (anyone with Good communication skills- Can apply) Good time-management skills Rapport-building skills, Talkative and high energy Persistent, Willingness to learn, Telephone etiquette Ready for work from the office Goal-oriented; have a burning desire to be successful in the recruitment industry Hands-on exp. with posting jobs on social media and job boards Critical thinking & problem-solving skills Work timing 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM, Monday to Saturday ( 2nd & 4th Saturday off)
