Address customers enquiries responsible to update customers on shipment status and on shipment movement and arrangement & liaise with customers to obtain necessary information for shipping documentation. 4. Maintaining positive and collaborative partnership between existing key clients and company 5. Managing operational bottlenecks and key issues with key clients swiftly, catering to their complaints with consultative approach 6.
