Roles and Responsibilities Listening to customer needs, creating need and address to make sales Maintaining and developing relationship with existing customer in person and via telephone, email etc. Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets Get compliance fulfilled by customer and like KYC and KYCC.
