We have urgent openings in a leading Private Bank for Sales Executive / Sales Officer - Credit Card, Personal Loan Sales for immediate joining Key Skills &bull Candidate must have 06 months of telesales experience in the BPO/relevant contact center industry. &bull Candidate should have experience of working in both Inbound Outbound setups. &bull Candidate should have done B2C sales relevant experience of selling directly to the final consumer. &bull Candidate should have strong business acumen and sales orientation. &bull Candidates must have worked through a dialer and should have sold big ticker products/services. &bull Good Communication Skills. &bull Target Performance Orientation &bull Should have consultative selling skills Responsibilities And Duties &bull Ability to convert cold calls to leads and opportunities &bull Assess development opportunities and have the ability to effectively communicate project plans &bull To assist with the specification of products and solutions to meet customeeeds. &bull Participate in professional organizations to enhance lead generation potential &bull To exceed sales and profit budgets Eligibility / Qualification &bull Age between 18 - 35 years. &bull 12+ &bull Candidates with a minimum 6month experience in, Loans, Banking & Financial Services is desirable. &bull Candidate must have his/her own Aadhar card, PAN card, Bank account, email ID & mobile number.
