r nResponsibilities:
r n- Define, implement and manage operational processes as per regulatory framework to ensure exchange compliance.
r n- Vendor management.
r n- Able to build and manage teams for important functions like account opening, payinpayout stock and funds, DP account, customer modification, RMS etc.
r n- Responsible for customer support and seamless experience in a stock broking business.
r n- Ensure process oriented, TAT driven customer support as per defined SOP.
r n- Mentor and monitor team to ensure high level of accuracy and timely execution.
r n- Coordinate with IT and Sales team for development of online customer support process and Process automations.
r n- Handling regulatory audits of SEBI, Exchanges, etc.

4 years of Experience in stock broking operations
r nKnowledge of back office software like LD and CDSL
r nWell verse with DKYC process and other broking norms
