Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and make data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness.
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement social media strategies to build brand presence and engage the target audience.
Create and curate compelling content, schedule posts, and monitor social media channels.
Content Creation and Coordination:
Collaborate with content creators and graphic designers to develop engaging and shareable content for various digital platforms.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and adherence to content calendars.
SEO and SEM:
Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns SEM to maximize ROI.
Email Marketing:
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including the creation of newsletters, promotional emails,
and drip campaigns.
Monitor email performance, analyze results, and implement improvements.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to track and report on key
performance indicators KPIs.
Provide regular reports on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and make recommendations
for improvements.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges in the digital landscape.
Requirements
Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
Working knowledge of ad serving tools e.g., DART, Atlas
Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.
Skills and experience in creative content writing
Analytical mindset and critical thinking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
